Stayed as we came from Tulleys christmas festival. The staff were so helpful and lovely. THANKYOU. The town is bigger that the last time we went there which is many moons ago.
Really good and always worth the money. Had a late check in and staff were very quick and reliable. Our room was standard for Premier in which is in my opinion always good, extra tea and sugar was help yourself from the reception which was on the 1st floor. Tv was a also exceptional quality which I did not expect. This hotel either doesn't get many reviews or has changed drastically as I cannot believe it was only 2 stars when I first looked at it. Very well done to all the team and thank your for an incredible stay

A very good budget hotel within walking distance of everything you need. Surprisingly quiet at night given the location. No free parking but a reasonably priced multi level car park just opposite. A good clean & tidy dining room on the 1st floor that serves a decent breakfast. But overall, the staff are always happy to help with a welcome smile. I've stayed here for 6 weeks for work so far with another 15 odd weeks to go while I'm on contract in the area. A definate 5 from me
For a 3 star hotel and for someone who stays in premier inn a lot for work, this is definitely one of the best ones. Although rooms need some maintenance the showers are actually good compared to most premier inns that have awful bathtubs with horrible shower heads. The food was great and the service is really friendly. It wasn't noisy, easy parking just across and got a good night sleep! Recommend for a cheap and cheerful stay!
My parents stayed in a hotel for 5 nights. They were happy with a room, bed, facilities. Very quiet despite the hotel is situated in a town centre. They loved food served at breakfast time. Staff was kind and polite. They really enjoyed staying at Premier Inn.
I honestly cannot praise Gino and Alex enough. They are both on shift this evening, and they have been absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and looked after — nothing is ever too much trouble. I stay here often for work, and I can confidently say that when Gino and Alex are working together, the experience is on another level. They make such a great team, working seamlessly and always with a smile. Their energy, professionalism, and kindness really stand out, and it makes every stay feel special and memorable. They are a real credit to the hotel, and I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve. I will absolutely be telling all my friends about them because their service is exceptional and completely deserves to be praised. Five stars without hesitation.
